  • Bella Illustrative Type Designed a series of local marketing applications and typographical phrases for the Bella Italia Account, at McCann Erickson Agency, London.
    The concept was to individualize the warm and natural personality of the restaurant, while keeping it fresh and distinctive through the versatile usage of the letterforms.
    The imagery is created for print and web applications.

  • Wamma Bamma The poster design created for Bella Italia Brand in London brings the life and energy of the pasta festival. The usage of hand drawn type and illustrations communicates variety and tradition in making pasta.
    By mixing up photo collage, watercolor and line, the creative drum reflects the atmosphere of the event and invites the viewer to engage, have fun and taste the Italian flavor in a British space.

  • Bella Typeface The set of the three display typefaces created for Bella Italia, through McCann Erickson London, brings a personal warmth, and playfulness to the brand’s personality.
    The handwritten typefaces were created to be used as their own, or alongside photography and illustration. By adding this style of typography, the visual communication becomes more
    flexible and in the same time creates a unique identity on the market.
    There are three core font styles that create ‘BELLA HAND’: Bella Hand Decorative, Bella Hand Outline and Bella Hand Simple.

  • The New York Times | Summer Movies 2012 Designed the cover for the Arts and Leisure section of the New York Times magazine, Summer Movies 2012.
    The usage of the movie board and typography as water, creates impact, while the type could be used to write the actual movies featured in the summer issue.
    The project was selected among the finalists, and it is currently featured on the contest website.

  • Lettering For this project I took the freedom to play, explore and create some hand drawn type experiments.
    By using different techniques, I added a new visual context to the meaning of the words.
    This process will open new paths, which will be updated soon.

    Band’s music album. But in the same time, every part functions
    individually, reflecting the music singles.

  • Pengu The challenge was to name and positioning strategically a store for winter children’s wear, accessories and gifts. To add value and make the brand more personal, I used character illustration.
    The line of communication is both interactive and engaging.
    Children are connected with the animal friends, while the parents recognize the product as being versatile and dynamic.

    products with personal stories. The line illustration creates the imagery
    of the different places where you can discover something new and specific.

  • Ctea The brand is positioning as a fresh and energetic product, making tea experience
    both healthy and more appealing, by using character illustration in the design concept.
    I wanted to create a contemporary image in the packaging that is easy to connect with, because it reflects a lifestyle that can relate to a young viewer experience.
    Youth people are influenced to consume more tea instead of unhealthy beverages.

    The central idea of the poster, relies in freedom of expression and showing
    a personal style, by wearing your favorite shoes. It represents what you are
    and your personality.

  • Röyksopp Vinyl Cover Academic project, to redesign and give a personal visual answer for the music album, "Junior" by Röyksopp band.
    The mixed media technique from collage to hand drawn type arranged on a grid surface, reflects the image of the album by combining organic elements with straight lines.
    Stylistically, their style consists of various genres, ambient, house music, synthpop and African-American sounds on the main background of electronic sounds.

  • One Music Channel - Posters Each of the posters had to communicate the brand’s image and services.
    The first ones illustrate the energy of music, while the third one is a
    typographic solution, incorporating some of the company’s TV shows, in
    a nonconventional way.

  • pErSoNaL wOrKsHoP People usually connect to the outside space and express their personality through
    personal objects. The simple design paper-toy created by me, allowed them to use their
    imagination and create their own characters using collage, pencils and other materials.

  • Postcards I have created a series of postcards for different occasions by using mixed media technique.
    Some of them are more traditional, while others encompass digital approaches.
    Collage, patterns, typography and hand lettering meet again in this project, creating a personal visual repertoire.
